My Story

Hi - thanks for visiting. I'm Deanne. I used to work in Information Technology, until I discovered jewellery making, way back in 2014. I get to use my IT skills in lots of ways, but with the added bonus of creating beautiful jewellery. It may take all day to make a bead- woven design (sometimes more), but when I see the final piece it makes me so happy and, yes, I have to admit, proud! That's why I decided to set up Bead Ready - to share my designs with you and give you the pleasure of owning a special piece of jewellery.

I design and make all my own jewellery in my home studio in the Cotswolds. I’m passionate about beautifully designed and crafted jewellery, so I personally select all my beads and gemstones, often bringing them back from my travels. I love the uniqueness of semi-precious stones, the beauty of pearls and the quality of Swarovski. Mostly, I like to think my jewellery will add that finishing touch to an outfit, so you’ll feel special just by wearing it.
