Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (Europe) - free for orders over £250 and charged at £15 for orders under £250.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

BeadReady is the operator of (https://www.beadready.com) ("website"). By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

All purchases are subject to stock availability. I try to maintain accurate stock counts on the website but, occasionally, there may be a stock discrepancy and I won't be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. If this is the case, I will send the available products and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for me to process a refund.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location. 

 

3. Returns

Please refer to my returns policy.

 

4. Delivery terms

 

4.1 Dispatch time

In-stock items will be posted to you within 4 working days. If there is a delay for any reason, I will contact you.

 

Made to order items will be shipped within 14 working days of receipt of your order. For extremely complicated pieces this time may need to be extended, but, if this is the case, I will always discuss this with you before we start working together.

 

Should you urgently need an item for a certain date or special occasion, please contact me using my Contact Form or by email, before you place an order and I will do my utmost to get the item to you by the required date.

My business hours are Monday - Friday 9-17.30, except on national holidays when I will be closed. In these instances, I will try to ensure that shipment delays are kept to a minimum. As I am totally responsible for everything from  design to shipment (!), if I am on holiday, I will ensure that it is made clear on my site so that you don't order items which I will not be able to fulfil during these times.

4.2 Change of delivery address

For orders via PayPal I am only able to ship to the registered PayPal address. This is to comply with the PayPal guarantee.  However, if you would like any orders sent to a different address for other methods of payment, just add a note to your order.

4.3 Delivery time exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact me so that I can ensure it doesn't happen again.

 

5. Duties & taxes

5.1 Sales tax

As BeadReady is not VAT registered, no sales tax has been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

 

5.2 Import duties & taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country. Please check out these potential costs before placing an order. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to BeadReady at your expense. You will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

6. Order cancellations

I am able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to my returns policy.

7. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

 

7.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

I will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

 

7.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit

I will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
